Barely enough is not enough for anyone. Prosper Global is a humanitarian organization working alongside communities facing conflict, climate change, and economic hardship to meet urgent needs and create the conditions for lasting progress. Today's challenges demand new solutions, so we pair local knowledge with global resources to help communities build what's needed, test what's possible, and scale what's proven so that people everywhere can pursue a full life on their own terms.
In 2026, we changed our name from Mercy Corps to Prosper Global, to reflect our belief that when every community can prosper, all of humanity moves forward.
The Philanthropic Growth and Engagement department (PG&E) works to raise private funds, cultivating and maintaining relationships with private donors; define the agency’s brand, raising our public profile and sharing stories about our work by engaging with the media, the public, and our supporters; and produces a wide range of online and offline communications.
In support of that mission, the Corporate Partnerships team develops and executes partnership strategies and initiatives to support increased revenue from top fortune 500 corporate donors and prospects. The team manages Prosper Global’s relationships with major corporate social responsibility and corporate foundation teams focused on securing six and seven-figure gifts, in-kind/probono support, brand visibility, and thought partnership. We are passionate about Prosper Global’s mission and dedicated to supporting our worldwide team that is improving the lives of 30 million people in more than 30 countries.
