Shift: Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) with Mount Carmel Home Care, you’ll bring high-quality, compassionate care directly to patients where they feel safest and most comfortable: their homes. You’ll use advanced tools, your clinical expertise, and a whole-person approach to help patients heal, regain independence, and thrive.

• Provide patient-focused, one-on-one home care to help patients heal and regain independence.
• Utilize EMR systems to document care, communicate with the care team, and coordinate services.
• Deliver compassionate, whole-person care in patients’ homes, ensuring safety and quality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and patient advocacy.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in the State of Ohio
• At least one (1) year of professional nursing experience, preferably in Home Health
• Phlebotomy and wound care experience required
