About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, patient education, wound care, telemetry, patient advocacy, medical surgical nursing, nursing care, nurse practitioner, and pediatric nursing. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience in medical surgical nursing, nursing care, and patient education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner or in pediatric nursing.
- Certification in wound care or telemetry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and monitoring vital signs.
- Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment options.
- Perform wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
- Monitor patients on telemetry and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Advocate for patients and their families to ensure their needs are met and their rights are protected.
Skills:
As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize your skills in direct patient care, patient education, wound care, telemetry, patient advocacy, medical surgical nursing, nursing care, nurse practitioner, and pediatric nursing on a daily basis. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in educating patients and their families on their conditions and treatment options.
