• Valid RN license
• Proven experience in MICU or critical care settings (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Proficiency in ventilator management and IV starts
• Strong skills in computerized charting, specifically EPIC
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Certification
• Ability to monitor complex device equipment including pulmonary artery catheters, CRRT, and chest tubes
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Experience with clinical trials or specialized procedures such as plasmapheresis
• Knowledge of oncology‑related emergencies
• Familiarity with complex medication administration
• Multilingual abilities

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience, preferably in a MICU setting
• Relevant certifications and training in critical care procedures

• Willingness to work night shifts (19:00 – 07:30) on a 12‑hour rotating schedule
• Ability to adapt to shift changes based on departmental needs
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
• Compliance with all relevant state, federal, and local regulations
