Hiring a full-time RN. Flexible schedule availability including daytime and evening hours Monday - Saturday in clinic locations and in residential facilities are preferred.

• Clinical/Client management that will consist of 30% direct care and 70% of medication management and administrative.
• Client appointments including taking vitals, giving injections, calling in prescriptions, symptom management and education.
• Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history.
• Develop and execute medical individual treatment plans as needed.
• Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress.
• Communicate client updates to all relevant parties.
• Collaboration with medical director residential staff and other psychiatrists.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs.

• RN in the state of Ohio.
• Previous experience in behavioral health, nursing or related fields.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Drivers License & insurance.
