Pay: $31.00 per hour (weekly pay available)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 10pm-6am

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a pediatric patient in a home environment.

This role offers the chance to provide personalized, uninterrupted care while working a predictable weekday schedule.

• Tracheostomy (trach) care
• Ventilator support
• G-tube feedings and medication administration
• Ongoing patient monitoring and assessment

• Provide skilled nursing care tailored to the patient’s needs
• Oversee ventilator function and perform trach care
• Administer enteral feedings and prescribed medications
• Observe and document patient status and any changes
• Maintain a clean and safe care setting
• Partner with the family and clinical team to ensure quality care

• Current Ohio LPN license
• Experience with ventilator, trach, and G-tube care preferred (Training available)
• Valid CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong reliability and communication skills
