Inpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment

Location:

Columbus, OH

Salary:
Hourly pay up to $43 per hour (based on shift, experience and qualifications)

Our primary substance use disorder treatment center, located in Columbus, OH, is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals on their journey to recovery.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Monitor and assess patient health status throughout the night, including vital signs and withdrawal symptoms.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care, observations, and interventions.
  • Inventory and log medications received to patient inventory.
  • Ensure the safety and security of patients during the night shift.
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment that promotes recovery and well-being.
Requirements
  • Valid RN license in Ohio
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing, preferably in addiction treatment or mental health.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of substance abuse and withdrawal symptoms.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward individuals in recovery.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Competitive hourly pay up to $43 per hour, commensurate with shift, experience and qualifications.
