At White Light Behavioral Health, we are a Ohio Medicaid accepting facility, dedicated to being a transformational influence for patients and their loved ones, creating a ripple effect of positive change. Our primary substance use disorder treatment center, located in Columbus, OH, is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals on their journey to recovery.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Monitor and assess patient health status throughout the night, including vital signs and withdrawal symptoms.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care, observations, and interventions.
- Inventory and log medications received to patient inventory.
- Ensure the safety and security of patients during the night shift.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment that promotes recovery and well-being.
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing, preferably in addiction treatment or mental health.
- Demonstrated knowledge of substance abuse and withdrawal symptoms.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during overnight shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward individuals in recovery.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- 12 hour shifts
- Competitive hourly pay up to $43 per hour, commensurate with shift, experience and qualifications.
