Bright Star Care of Columbus is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one pediatric home care for a client with G‑tube, trach, and suctioning needs in the comfort of their home.

• Every Monday
• 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Manage G‑tube feedings, trach care, and suctioning
• Assist with daily living and personal care needs
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Support a safe and positive environment for the client and family

• Active Ohio LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current TB test or chest X‑ray
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Pediatric, G‑tube, trach, or suctioning experience preferred — training available
