Title
Registered Nurse - Palliative Care

Schedule

- Shift: Day/Night or Night (12-hour rotating schedules may be used)
- Ratios: 4:1 (Days), 4:1 (Nights), 4:1 (Weekends)

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years RN experience required
- BLS certification required
- EPIC experience required
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Valid RN compact or state license

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide symptom management and comfort care for adults and geriatrics with serious illness.
- Administer pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic pain interventions, including opioid and analgesic dosing.
- Conduct IV starts and maintenance, peripheral line care, and oxygen administration.
- Recognize and manage basic dysrhythmias and provide non-invasive airway management.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 72 hours
- Vaccination:
Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required.
- Credentialing/fingerprinting must be completed urgently with a strict compliance deadline.
