• Provide direct care shower and bathing services to guests under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Measure and record height and weight, intakes and outputs
• Maintain the guests’ environment and assist with grooming and toileting
• Observe and report changes in skin condition to the licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed
• Meet guests’ mental health and social service needs

• High school graduate or GED
• STNA certification or acceptable exemption
