Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Hospice Care
Location: Central Ohio
Schedules to choose from: Offering 36-40 hours a week. Schedule can consist of 3‑12 hour shifts from 7 p.m.–7 a.m., or may work 8 hour evening or night shifts to equal full‑time hours. This position will require you to work 2 weekends a month and 2 holidays per year.
Includes: Rotating weekends every other weekend + 2 holidays/year
Compensation: Now offering $28‑$34 per hour

- Deliver direct patient care under the State Nurse Practice Act
- Implement care plans based on nursing assessment and patient needs
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self‑care
- Document all care and updates accurately and on time
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to provide whole‑person care
- Monitor pain/symptom management and adjust care accordingly
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program
- Active LPN/ license in Ohio
- 3+ years of nursing experience preferred (Hospice, Med/Surg, or Community Health a plus)
- CPR Certification
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- A heart for hospice and end‑of‑life care
