Title
Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical Telemetry

Schedule

- Shift: 12-hour rotating (Days/Nights)

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years RN experience required
- Current RN license required
- BCLS (BLS) certification required

- Experience with Epic EMR required
- At least 1 year of current specialty experience required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a mixed acuity unit.
- Monitor patient telemetry and manage dysrhythmias as they arise.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with procedures including tracheostomy care and drain management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care processes.

Compliance / Notes
- Ohio fingerprinting must be completed as soon as the contract is signed.
- References required:
Two professional references; at least one must be a manager or formal supervisor.
- Pre-approved time off required at the time of submission.
- COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine required with medical exemptions only.
