Consistent Day Shift Schedule

We are actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one pediatric private duty nursing care in a home setting in Hilliard, Ohio. The patient is medically complex and requires care involving a ventilator, tracheostomy (trach), and G‑tube. Training is provided for nurses who are motivated to learn.

Important: The patient’s mother prefers one consistent nurse to cover all scheduled shifts, allowing for continuity of care and strong relationship‑building.

• Monday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday
• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Consistent, long‑term case

• Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in the home.
• Manage and monitor ventilator, trach, and G‑tube care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor patient condition and document care accurately.
• Communicate with family members and clinical team.
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment.

• Active LPN license in the State of Ohio.
• Experience with trach, ventilator, or G‑tube care preferred (training provided).
• Current CPR certification.
• Recent negative TB test or chest X‑ray.
  
  Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
