Bright Star Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care for a client with G-tube (Mickey Button) needs in a home setting. Schedule

• Every Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Optional PRN shifts available every Monday

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home
• Perform and monitor G-tube feedings and care
• Assist with daily care needs
• Observe and report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Current TB test or chest X-ray
• Pediatric or G-tube experience preferred (training available)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
