Overnight Pediatric LPN – Home Care

Hilliard, OH 43026
Pay: $31/hour with weekly pay schedule Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time / Overnight

• Provide skilled pediatric nursing care during overnight shifts
• Manage ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Administer G-tube feedings and medications as per plan of care
• Monitor, document, and report patient condition
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment
• Work closely with family and the clinical care team

• Active Ohio LPN license
• Experience with ventilator, tracheostomy, and G-tube care preferred (training available)
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
