Schedule:

Every other Sunday | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Job Type: Part-Time

We are hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one care for a pediatric patient in a home setting. This is a great opportunity for nurses seeking consistent hours and meaningful, patient‑focused care.

• G/J‑tube feedings
• BiPAP support
• Tracheostomy (trach) care
• Sensitive skin (fragrance‑free care required)
• Pet‑friendly home

• Follow the individualized plan of care
• Administer medications and tube feedings
• Perform trach care and monitor respiratory status
• Monitor and document vital signs and condition changes
• Assist with daily living activities and hygiene
• Maintain a clean and safe care environment
• Communicate with family and care team

• Active Ohio LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Recent TB test or chest X‑ray
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Pediatric, G/J‑tube, BiPAP, or trach experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a home with pets
