Cardiovascular Procedure RN - PRN

The staff nurse plays a critical role in staff engagement, the patient experience, quality and safety, and cost‑effective care.

The Staff Nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to the patient and his/her family, and for directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team. The Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating and evaluating the nursing care of patients in alignment with the professional practice model.

Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program required. Current Ohio license or interim permit. Must maintain all required education and competencies, including BLS and ACLS.

Experience in the Cardiovascular Lab providing direct patient care in the pre‑ and post‑procedural areas. Supports recovery of electrophysiology, cardiac catheterization, and other moderate sedation cases. Registered nurses in this role can expect exposure and training to assist the cardiology clinic team, including supporting patients presenting for outpatient cardiology appointments. This position offers a broad range of clinical experience across procedural, recovery, and ambulatory care settings.

• Minimum of 16 hours worked per month
• Day shift only
• No weekends or holidays
