Position: Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,298 per week

GHR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse Registered Nurse (OR) for a 13‑week assignment in Columbus, Ohio.

  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Nights, 3×12‑hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 36 hrs/week
  • Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,050 – $2,160
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years recent OR RN experience with extensive scrub and circulating experience
  • Experience in Level 1 Trauma Centers preferred
  • Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license)
  • Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required
  • Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record
  • Graduate of an ACEN‑ or CCNE‑accredited nursing program
  • Willingness to float to other units within the organization as needed
  • Two professional references (one from a manager, director, or direct supervisor)
  • Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive perioperative care across a wide variety of surgical specialties, acting as both scrub nurse and circulating nurse when needed
  • Support cases including General, Robotic, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant surgeries
  • Focus on Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and complex General Surgery cases
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation using the EPIC system
  • Participate in scheduled call coverage and float to other units as required
