Travel RN - Operating Room - Pediatric Cardiovascular

Position: Travel RN - Operating Room - Pediatric Cardiovascular OR
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric CVOR position requiring at least 2 years of CVOR experience and at least one completed travel assignment.

Job Details

• Pediatric Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) unit within a children's hospital,

• Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM,

• On-call requirement of approximately 8-9 days per month, including 1 weekend per month and 1-2 weeknights per week,

• Floating to different units may be required,

Job Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand,

• Current certifications: BLS and PALS,

• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required; adult or pediatric CVOR experience both accepted,

• At least 1 completed travel assignment required,

• Must not have worked permanently at this facility within the last 2 years,

• 2 supervisory references required (charge nurse references are not accepted),

• Local candidates are not eligible for this position,

Additional Information

• CVOR-specific skills are preferred but the manager is open to any candidate with 2 solid years of CVOR experience,

• Attendance and punctuality are strictly enforced; no call/no shows are taken very seriously and may result in termination
