Are you an experienced or motivated LPN looking for a rewarding one-on-one pediatric home care opportunity? We are hiring a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for an infant patient in the home setting in Zanesville, Ohio.

• G-tube care and feedings
• Tracheostomy (Trach) care
• Ventilator monitoring and support
• Medication administration
• Skilled nursing assessments and documentation

• Provide direct one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home
• Monitor respiratory status and ventilator function
• Follow physician orders and care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely charting
• Communicate effectively with family members and clinical team
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care at all times

• Starting pay of $31 per hour

• Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
