Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Hilliard, OH Starting Pay: $31.00 per hour Consistent Day Shift Schedule

We are actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care in a home setting in Hilliard, Ohio. The patient is medically complex and requires care involving a ventilator, tracheostomy (trach), and G-tube. Training is provided for nurses who are motivated to learn. Important:
The patient’s mother prefers one consistent nurse to cover all scheduled shifts, allowing for continuity of care and strong relationship-building.

• Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in the home
• Manage and monitor ventilator, trach, and G-tube care
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient condition and document care accurately
• Communicate with family members and clinical team
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment

• Active LPN license in the State of Ohio
• Experience with trach, ventilator, or G-tube care preferred (training provided)
• Current CPR certification
• Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate

• One-on-one patient care (no facility ratios)
