Surgical Unit Overview
This unit cares for a specialized surgical patient population, including:
- Burns
- Plastic surgery patients, including abdominal wall reconstruction, flaps, and leech therapy
- Urology patients
- GYN surgery patients
- ENT patients
- Oral/maxillofacial surgery patients
- 2 years of recent RN experience
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- Ohio license required
- First-time travelers accepted
- Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience in surgical care, burn care, wound care, flap monitoring, drain management, and post-operative care are strongly preferred.
