• Practice autonomously and provide symptom management to sick patients.
• Manage chronic disease and provide symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, and advanced care planning.
• Provide care with a mix of 75% inpatient and 25% outpatient duties during weekdays.
• Perform inpatient rounding for hospice patients (up to 6 patients per day).
• Rotate on-call duties for Hospitalists, admit patients, and manage open ICU admissions.
