Requirements- Provide skilled Med-Surg/Telemetry nursing care across East Tower units including General Surgery, Trauma, Vascular, Wound, and Plastics
- Perform telemetry monitoring and interpret dysrhythmias to guide timely interventions
- Start and manage IV therapy, access and manage ports, and perform central/peripheral line care
- Deliver wound care including Wound Vac management and post-op surgical drain care
- Respond as an active member of Rapid Response/Code teams when needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV team, Respiratory, PT, Pharmacy, and Social Services
- Document care accurately and efficiently in Epic to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Active RN (Registered Nurse) as indicated by job title
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Proficiency in IV starts and IV therapy
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation/management
- Prior experience with Epic is mandatory
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
- Ability and willingness to float to units of equivalent or lower acuity
