Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Ohio Health at Home, in partnership with Compassus, is looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) who will support patient recovery, empower families, and provide clinical oversight to the interdisciplinary team.

• Support patient recovery and enable them to stay at home.

• RN license in the state where you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, with home health experience preferred.
• Current driver's license.
