DaVita is hiring a Dialysis Charge Nurse (aka Clinical Coordinator) to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end‑stage renal disease. In this role, you’ll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.
Clinic Details- Current clinic hours: M/W/F 5:00am - 9:00pm
- This clinic will eventually add a TTS shift, but there is not yet a firm date for that.
- The CC will be expected to work 3 X 12 hour shifts per week, either 5:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 9:00pm on M/W/F (alternating schedule)
- The clinic currently has 21 chairs, soon to decrease to 19 chairs (2 stations going to HHD).
- Fresenius machines are used at this location.
- Staffing is 2 RNs and 4 PCTs per shift. One of the RNs works a pod.
- Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
- Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
- Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
- Build long‑term relationships with patients and families
- Work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Current RN license and CPR certification
- 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis
- Charge RN readiness approval required
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
- CNN/CDN certification a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
