PCU RN Opportunity

Seeking an experienced PCU RN for a 31-bed mixed acuity unit at University Hospital. This unit primarily supports medicine services and cares for a variety of stepdown and med/surg patients. Requirements include 2+ years of experience, BLS and ACLS certification. Must be comfortable with CPAP/BiPAP, med titrations, and charge-capable on nights. Float required within the OSU organization as needed. Other details include EPIC documentation and Omnicell.

First-time travelers accepted. Ohio RN license required. Parking options for travelers include:

• WMC Agency Permit – $215/month. Guaranteed parking in an OSUWMC visitor garage. Best option for travelers who want the closest and most reliable parking.
• CXS Permit – $31.42/month. Includes shuttle service every 15–30 minutes, but service is limited. The route has multiple stops and drops off about a street over from OSUWMC. Best suited for Jameson Crane Sports Medicine. Also includes access to 9th Ave Garages (East and West) on weekends and holidays.
• WB Permit – $15.67/month. Most affordable option. Parking is in West Campus Carmack Lots 2 and 3, about 1.7 miles from OSUWMC. The Pink shuttle runs every 3–5 minutes during peak start/end times and goes directly to the medical center in about 8–9 minutes. Also includes access to 9th Ave Garages (East and West) on weekends and holidays. Weekend access is from Friday at 2 PM through Monday at 8 AM;
