Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in diverse acute healthcare settings, including Cardiac, Neuro Medical Surgical, and Vascular Surgery units.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to standards and policies.
- Delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs in compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Engaging in process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
- Focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
- Current Ohio RN license or multi-state compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- BSN required after 5 years of employment.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
