Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) assignment in Columbus, Ohio.

This role supports a high-acuity oncology population requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, advanced nursing interventions, and interdisciplinary coordination within a leading cancer center environment.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced PCU nurses comfortable managing complex patients, telemetry monitoring, and cardiac drips in a fast-paced hospital setting.

• Contract Length: 13–16 weeks
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12 (36 hours/week)

• Gross: $2,359 per week
• W2: $24.50 per hour
• Tax-Free Stipend: $1,477 per week

• High-acuity PCU / Stepdown care
• Continuous cardiac and telemetry monitoring
• Cardiac drips and IV medication management
• Oncology patient population
• Interdisciplinary care coordination

• James Cancer Hospital environment
• PCU ratios typically 1:3 (may flex to 1:4)
• Mixed acuity oncology population
• Exposure to Med-Surg Tele and PCU Oncology units

• Active RN license (compact or Ohio) – REQUIRED
• Minimum 2+ years of high-acuity PCU or higher experience – REQUIRED
• Telemetry and cardiac monitoring experience – REQUIRED
• ACLS – REQUIRED
• BLS – REQUIRED
• NIHSS – REQUIRED
• Epic experience – REQUIRED
• Ability to float within scope – REQUIRED
• Prior travel experience – preferred
