Coronary Intensive Care Nurse (RN) provides patient care, education, and support to the patient’s family.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing life‑support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
- Monitoring heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration for signs of distress.
- Administering medication, IVs, and inserting catheters as needed.
- Documenting medication administration meticulously.
- Assisting in emergency nursing procedures to promptly control changes in the patient’s physical condition.
- Performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation accurately and effectively.
