Bright Star Care of East & NW Columbus is seeking an LPN for pediatric home care in Canal Winchester, OH. This dedicated Friday shift runs 5:30 AM–5:30 PM and offers meaningful one-on-one patient care with a tracheostomy.
You will provide skilled nursing per the care plan, perform trach care, assist with daily activities, and maintain a safe home environment while documenting changes in the patient's condition. CPR is required and Ohio licensure must be active.
