** What You'll Do
*** Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
* Help with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
* Monitor and report changes in patient condition
* Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
* Build positive relationships with patients and families
* Complete required documentation in accordance with agency and Medicare guidelines
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent
* STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
* 1+ year of nurse aide experience
* Valid driver's license and auto insurance
* Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
