Job Type: 7am-3pm LPN Part-Time

Pay Rate: $27/hour plus shift differential

As an LPN, you’ll deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents—ensuring they receive the best treatment in a safe, comfortable at‑home environment.

• Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners, going above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience.
• Maintain precise and up‑to‑date documentation.

We’re looking for compassionate nurses who feel called to care for the elderly.

• A valid, unencumbered state Nursing License.
• 1 or more years of experience as an LPN.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus.
• A collaborative spirit is essential.
