Grant Medical Center, part of Ohio Health, is seeking an experienced Outpatient RN for Palliative Care. This full-time role supports patients with advanced cancer through symptom management, education, and quality-of-life care in a team-based clinic.
You will triage calls, coordinate follow-ups, educate patients and families, and participate in goals-of-care discussions with the interdisciplinary team. Prior oncology/palliative experience and CHPN certification preferred.
