Role: The Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care in med-surg and telemetry units.
Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions
- Monitor cardiac telemetry
- Administer medications
- Document care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Educate patients
- Ensure safety and infection control
- Manage multiple patients
- Facilitate discharge planning
- At least one year of recent med-surg/tele RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification
- Preferred certifications include NIHSS and ACLS
- Strong critical thinking, communication, physical, technical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle physical demands
