Travel Nurse - RN - Stepdown Unit

We are seeking an experienced Stepdown Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care, requiring close monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient‑centered outcomes.

• Monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs, interpreting telemetry data
• Administering medications and assisting with cardiac procedures
• Assessing patient comfort and safety, documenting conditions
• Responding to emergencies and providing life‑saving interventions
• Educating patients on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborating with healthcare team members and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• At least one year of recent Stepdown RN experience
• Valid RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications
• Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
• Proficiency in English, computer skills, and ability to work under pressure
