• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
• Assess patient conditions, identify outcomes, develop solutions, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Act independently and appropriately within license, scope of knowledge, and experience in the practice area.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to contribute to quality and improvement practices and outcomes.
• Demonstrate agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice and employment.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience in specialties such as Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.

Gross Weekly Rate: $2,560
