Role: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to women before, during, and after delivery.
- Monitor vital signs of mother and newborn during labor and delivery.
- Assess and address potential high‑risk issues.
- Educate and support mothers and families post‑delivery.
- Active RN license and degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and AWHONN. - At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care Labor & Delivery setting.
Ensure patient safety and emotional support throughout the birthing process, monitor mother and baby, identify high‑risk conditions, and provide postnatal education.
