Registered Nurse – Surgical ICU / Oncology

Schedule:

12-hour Day/Night rotating shifts or Nights

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of current/ongoing ICU experience within the last 12 months
• EPIC charting experience required
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care setting for adults with complex medical needs.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Perform ventilator management and titration of vasopressors/cardiac drips.
• Manage CRRT/CVVHD, external ventricular drains (EVD), and ICP monitoring.
• Administer medications and manage blood product transfusions as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation: 72 hours
• RNs must have a valid compact or state license at the time of submission
• Strong urgency for compliance with fingerprinting requirements
• References: 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager/director
• Current facility employees are ineligible; former employees eligible after 6 months
