• Graduate of an accredited or state‑approved practical nursing program.
• Active LPN license in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (home care experience preferred).
• Phlebotomy and wound care experience required.
• Successful completion of the NAPNES medication exam or equivalent prior to medication administration.
