Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Columbus, OH

Contract (13 Weeks) | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday Required | Onsite

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Labor & Delivery setting throughout the night shift
• Monitor and interpret electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) data and respond appropriately to findings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support maternal and neonatal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and care plans using EPIC electronic health records
• Float to other units as needed per facility policy
• Adhere to strict attendance standards, including scheduled weekend and holiday rotations

• Active RN license (any state) or valid compact nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• EFM-NCC or AWHONN certification required
• EPIC electronic health records charting experience required

• Experience working in a high-volume Labor & Delivery unit
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to floating assignments within a hospital setting
