High-acuity PCU experience required (within the last 3 years)
At least 1 year of current specialty experience required for clinical pass
Valid RN license in hand at time of submission
Current certifications: BCLS (BLS), ACLS, NIHSS
Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care to high-acuity patients in a progressive care unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry and appropriate medical equipment.
Administer medications and manage IV therapies, including PCA and cardiac drips.
Maintain infection control and prevention measures, ensuring patient safety.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatments.
