Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology
Normal unit hours:
Procedures mainly during business hours (7:00 AM–6:00 PM, Mon–Fri)
Call: 2 shifts of call required during contract Weekend coverage: every other or every third weekend as needed
Active RN license in Ohio (compact or state license) Minimum 2 years nursing experience Interventional Radiology (IR) experience BLS and ACLS certifications required EPIC experience preferred
Circulate and/or scrub for interventional procedures Manage vascular access, lines, drains, and ports Perform embolization, TIPS, UFE, IVC filter procedures, PCN/PTC, and venous reconstruction Observe and interpret dysrhythmias Monitor using pulmonary artery (Swan-Ganz) if applicable
Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) Strict credentialing/fingerprinting deadline: candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting immediately after signing contract; strict Tuesday-before-start compliance deadline (no exceptions) RTO required with submission References: 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be a manager/director
