ICU Nurse
Critical Care Float Pool RN – ICU
Schedule:
- 3x12 Night Shifts
- Weekend Day Shifts as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Valid state or compact RN license - BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency with EPIC charting
- Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management
- Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care in various adult ICU settings, including Neuro ICU, MICU, SICU, CVICU, and NCCU.
- Manage ventilated patients and various respiratory support modalities.
- Administer medications, including the titration of vasoactive and cardiac drips.
- Monitor hemodynamic status and perform ABG interpretation and dysrhythmia analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety and care protocols within high-acuity patient populations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation provided for 36 hours.
- Strict credentialing and fingerprinting timeline required.
- Candidates must have two professional references.
