Schedule:

Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts) Every other weekend (Friday & Saturday nights)

Assignment Details:
Contract length: 13 weeks

• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Previous telemetry experience required
• Experience with IV insulin protocols and insulin drips
• Strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS
• EMR:
  Experience with Epic preferred

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to identify cardiac dysrhythmias.
• Manage patients with IV insulin protocols and initiate or adjust IV insulin drips as ordered.
• Provide care for adult and geriatric patients in a telemetry or stepdown unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in rapid response and code team situations as required.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and safety protocols.

Ohio fingerprinting required immediately after signing the contract. Vaccines:
Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only).
