Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit
Schedule:
Shift: Nights (3 x 12-hour shifts) Weekend requirement: 3–4 weekend days/month
Requirements:
Active Ohio RN license required (compact or state license in hand at submission) Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience BCLS certification IV certification Experience with cardiac rhythm recognition/management Experience in PCU/stepdown, med-surg, or telemetry
Roles & Responsibilities:
Start and manage IVs and administer medications. Monitor patient vitals and responses, educational support provided to patients. Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team. Implement hospital policies and procedures.
Compliance / Notes:
Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only). Orientation: 36 hours. Submission requirements include two professional references, with at least one from a manager or supervisor. Current employees of the facility locations are ineligible; former employees may apply after a 6-month absence.
