Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Hours:
36 hours/week
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend
License:
Ohio RN license required (must have compact or state license in hand at time of submission)
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Minimum: 2 years recent ICU experience
Preferred:
Surgical ICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Transplant ICU experience
Trauma Level II experience: required
Provide critical care to adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced ICU environment.
Monitor and manage patients with complex medical needs, including trauma, burns, and transplant cases.
Administer medications and perform nursing interventions according to established protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
Urgent Ohio fingerprinting required upon contract signing; strict compliance deadline — no exceptions.
References: 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be a manager/director or formal supervisor.
Current employees ineligible for traveler roles at this facility.
Employment eligibility for former employees after 6 months away.
Vaccines: COVID-19 vaccine not required;
Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only).
Submission requirements: RTO required with submission; RN must have valid compact or state license in hand at submission.
