17 James Medical Oncology - D/N Only - AYA ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED! Staffing ratios - goal is 1:4, but can be 1:5 Weekends - variable based on unit needs No set/blocked scheduling as that is not something we offer our permanent staff Floating required to other Med Surg Oncology units 2 Years of Experience Required Patient Age Group Adults Geriatrics Patient Diagnoses The most common diagnoses include all subtypes of the following:
Breast Cancer Lung Cancer Prostate Cancer Pancreatic Cancer Colon Cancer Esophageal Cancer Encounter for antineoplastic chemotherapy Special Procedures/Unit Details 17 James cares for ALL solid tumor cancers throughout the spectrum of their cancer journey; from new diagnosis, through treatment, and also assisting with transition to end of life care. Heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient falls Cares for patients that have true med surg issues

Compliance Deadline:
There is a strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start no exceptions. Please screen for any candidate vacation time taking place immediately after booking as this will likely cause a push due to fingerprinting delays. Please only submit to one location. The AM team will find the best fit for the clinician.
