Gentiva Hospice is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide direct bedside nursing care to hospice patients in home, assisted living, or facility settings. You will work under RN supervision, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support families as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Minimum 2 years hospice/home health LPN experience preferred; CPR required; valid state's LPN license and driver's license with insurance are necessary.
