Acute-Care Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule:

Weekend shifts and rotating holidays required Ratios: 4:1 days / 4:1 nights / 4:1 weekends

Requirements:
Active RN license (compact or state) At least 1 year of acute-care Med/Surg RN experience Telemetry experience preferred BLS certification required ACLS certification preferred Epic EMR experience required IV start and telemetry monitoring skills required Experience with peripheral line care and management

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to adult patients in a medical/surgical unit Monitor telemetry readings and interpret dysrhythmias Administer medications and perform assessments Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Support patient and family education

Compliance / Notes:
Candidates must meet credentialing requirements by the Tuesday prior to start Ohio fingerprinting must be completed immediately after booking References: 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager or formal supervisor Submit candidate to one location only
